1)  Dip match tip 1/8 inch into melted candle wax then sit on wax paper to dry

2)   Dip match tip 1/8 inch into clear nail polish then sit on wax paper to dry

3)  Soak ten to twenty matches completely covered in turpentine for 5- 10 minutes then let air dry.  This we feel is the best technique to water proof matches; because first it will pull any present water out of the wooden match stick.  Then it will completely prevent water from reentering by making the now waterproof match impervious to water infiltration.

1cup vinegar
1 cup pepper
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon liquid soap

Mix & Shake Well - Spray around doorways, windows and an other place that you have seen spiders congregate, reproduce or linger.
 
MAINTAIN WITH MINT
Spiders hate mint peppermint especially! 
Fill a 4 ounce spray bottle with water and about 20 drops of peppermint essential oil (you can buy it here)
Shake Well & spray around the house where spiders like to reside


CITRUS MAKES SPIDERS CRINGE
